1.Basic Concept
The Hosiden Group (including Hosiden Corporation and its domestic and overseas affiliated companies; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") recognizes that protecting the Company’s information assets from threats such as accidents, disasters, and criminal acts and implementing reasonable measures necessary to ensure information security is an important social responsibility necessary to maintain the trust of our customers and society. Based on this recognition, the Company will engage in information security initiatives across the entire organization in accordance with the following policy.
2.Responsibility of Management
The Company will strive to continuously improve and enhance information security in an organized and systematic manner under the leadership of management.
3.Establishment of an Information Security Framework
The Company shall appoint a Confidential Information Management Officer to serve as the officer responsible for information security and establish a Cybersecurity Committee chaired by the Confidential Information Management Officer to promote measures aimed at strengthening information security.
4.Thorough Education on Information Security
The Company will ensure that this policy is thoroughly communicated to its officers and employees and will continuously provide the education necessary to maintain and improve information security.
5.Compliance with Laws and Regulations Related to Information Security
The Company will comply with all laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security and will strive to meet the expectations of our customers.
6.Response to Violations and Incidents Related to Information Security
In the event of a violation of laws and regulations related to information security or a cyberattack, the Company will respond appropriately in accordance with internal rules and regulations and will endeavor to prevent recurrence.
