1.Basic Philosophy
 Hosiden Group strives to ensure fairness and impartiality in all procurement transactions. Hosiden Group aims to earn the trust of our customers and all other stakeholders by treating our suppliers as business partners, complying with all applicable laws and regulations, fulfilling contractual obligations, and conducting our business operations in a reasonable and responsible manner.

2.Scope of Application
  This policy applies to all suppliers and business partners worldwide.

3.Compliance with Laws and Regulations
  Hosiden Group complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules of the countries and regions related to procurement transactions. In addition, Hosiden Group acts in accordance with our Basic Policy on Responsible Mineral Procurement, Environmental Policy, and other relevant internal standards.

 4.Fair and Equitable Transactions
  Hosiden Group complies with all domestic and international laws and regulations as well as international guidelines related to procurement activities, and conducts fair transactions based on equal relationships together with our suppliers, thereby supplying opportunities for fairness and free competition for all suppliers.

 5.Environmental Considerations
   In our procurement activities, Hosiden Group recognizes the impact on the following environmental aspects and strive to minimize negative impacts and promote continuous improvement.
●Impact on climate change (CO₂ / GHG emissions): Hosiden Group works to understand  and reduce greenhouse gas emissions in order to mitigate climate change impacts.
●Water use: Hosiden Group reduces water consumption and gives due consideration to  water-stressed areas.
●Impact on biodiversity: Hosiden Group avoids and minimizes negative impacts on  ecosystems and biodiversity.
●Pollution prevention: Hosiden Group implements appropriate management to prevent  air, water, and soil pollution.

  Hosiden Group endeavors to maintain and improve the quality and safety for products and services together with our suppliers, thereby aiming to provide valuable products and services.

 9.Requests to Suppliers
    Hosiden Group requests that our suppliers:
